Cowtown Tour Company – Terms & Conditions

Effective as of July 1, 2025

By booking a tour with Cowtown Tour Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “guest”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all public, private, and custom tours.


1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Reservations are non-transferable without written consent.

  • A confirmation email will be sent immediately after booking; please review and notify us of any discrepancies.


2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Private/custom tour cancellations may have separate terms and will be outlined in your agreement.


3. Rescheduling & Force Majeure

  • Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, closures), we may reschedule or cancel a tour.

  • In such events, you will receive the option to rebook or receive credit toward a future tour.


4. What’s Included

  • Each tour clearly lists its inclusions (e.g., food, drinks, transport, guide). Anything not explicitly included is the guest’s responsibility.

  • Please review the tour description and confirmation details for specifics.


5. Age & Alcohol Policy

  • Tours involving alcohol are for guests 21+ only. Valid government-issued ID must be presented.

  • Cowtown Tour Company and its partners reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest without proper ID or who appears intoxicated.


6. Health & Safety

  • Your safety is our top priority. We comply with all local health and safety guidelines.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs before your tour.

  • Participation is at your own risk. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible.


7. Guest Conduct

  • We ask that all guests treat guides, vendors, and fellow tour-goers with respect.

  • We reserve the right to remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.


8. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in a tour, you assume all risks associated with food consumption, alcohol use, transportation, and physical activity.

  • Cowtown Tour Company and its affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the tour.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cowtown Tour Company and its partners from any claims arising from your participation.


9. Vendor Relationships

  • We partner with local restaurants, breweries, and shops. These businesses operate independently, and we are not liable for their service, safety, or cleanliness beyond our scope of control.


10. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take photos or videos during your tour for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let your guide know before the tour begins.

  • We also may use images and/or videos you post in our marketing, social media, or website. If you do not allow this, please let us know ahead of time.

11. Privacy & Data

  • We value your privacy. Booking data is used only to process transactions, send tour information, and provide support. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond service delivery.
